Nowadays we believe that any business should be using Voice over IP (VOIP) as opposed to legacy copper phone systems. It is cheaper, more efficient and much more functional. And copper is being phased out.
We can arrange for your digital switchboard to be hosted in the cloud, deploy softphones to your users, on their computers and their mobiles if required. We primarily use 3CX.
We can supply the SIP channels that they run on (the modern successor to old copper lines) as well as moving your phone numbers to the cloud and providing new numbers, either singly or in blocks for DDI.
Mobile phone deployment and management of devices and airtime can also be offered.
