• RMM (Remote monitoring, remediation and access)
• Endpoint EDR – Endpoint Detection and Response (what was Anti-Virus, with optional SOC)
• Password Manager (poor passwords are the #1 way that they hack you)
• Email security (all emails scanned for viruses, spam and phishing/hacking attempts, with banners to assist)
• 365 email and apps – most have this already
• Cloud identity for Login, LADP and RADIUS
• Backup of 365 (and any other cloud storage)
• VOIP softphone – phone extension on device; we supply 3CX – see VOIP page
• Endpoint backup if you don’t use a server – if isn’t backed up it doesn’t exist

Additional suggested options

• Cloud File Server – far superior to on-premises servers and great for remote/virtual working
• EDR vendor-run Security Operations Centre (SOC) for the kipper’s knickers
• Security awareness training – we try and harmlessly trick you to make sure your users are on the ball!
• Email archiving – offsite email archiving for leaner mailboxes and great compliance
• MDM – full control and central configuration, generally of Apple devices
